Here is how it works:

• Buy any Beco Gemini or Soleil at full price from our store.
• Try it out, wear it, use it for 30 days, even wash it if you need to, but save ALL of the packaging.
• Don't like it? Send it back to us, you are responsible for your shipping back to us, but we will refund 100% of your purchase price back to you, if received within 30 days from the time it was purchased.
• It really is that simple! If it is bought as a gift, you can opt to receive a store credit on the carrier, or the buyer will receive a refund, we cannot give you the cash for it if you didn't buy it, of course :)
