Items on this page will either be an "insert" or a "liner"
A liner provides no absorbency, but is a "pass through" for liquids to provide a stay dry barrier against the skin of the baby.
Flushable liners, such as Grovia, Imse Vimse and Bummis Biosoft are to catch semi solid or solid waste, newborn liquid bowel movements will seep through flushable liners.
An insert implies absorbency, and will hold liquid to increase absorbency.
For diaper creams, we do not recommend disposable liners, as the creams become warm against the skin of your baby it will seep through to the diaper, for creams please use a fleece or silk liner (Knickernappies for fleece, Hemp Babies for silk)
