How to fold the one size insert:
Lay insert completely unsnapped, tag facing up, my finger is pointing to the "smooth" sides of the snaps on the hemp portion of the insert
Fold hemp portion of the insert over itself, you will now be able to see the "pointy" sides of the snaps on the hemp portion
Fold the microfiber portion over the pointy snaps, the microfiber portion will have the snaps facing the correct way to snap into the hemp snaps
My finger is pointing to the setting for the smallest size, the next set of snaps is the medioum setting, the last set will make the insert the largest it can be for the largest setting
