Abby's Lane Dollars

Effective March 1, 2010, Abby's Lane Dollars is a program designed to reward the customer for their shopping loyalty :)

Every dollar you spend at Abby's Lane, beginning on March 1, equals one point. Points may be redeemed for store credit based on the values below:

200 points=$10.00

400 points=$20.00

800 points=$50.00

1000 points=$75.00

How it works:

-please note, and this is important, this program is not a refund based program. We cannot have you place an order for $225.00 and then ask for a $10.00 refund, the dollars must be met, you must contact us to "cash in", and you will be issued a store credit. No exceptions, please!

-The customer will be responsible for tracking their dollars spent. Abby's Lane will be able to verify product totals via web receipts. At any point if the customer wishes to check their balance, simply email us at AbbysLane@aol.com and we will provide the current totals :)

-Points are based on product totals spent. Insurance and shipping fees do not count, and if any gift voucher or store credit is used to pay for an order, it will not count towards the total. The point system is actual dollars spent. Any discount codes or coupons that affect the total spent will not count as points.

-Any returns will be deducted from point totals

-Exchanges will not count as new points, if the item exchanged is for a lesser price, the difference will be deducted from the point totals.

-Points cannot be transferred, and are only issued in the name of the buyer. If an item is bought as a gift, it will oly count under the buyer's name.

-Gift certificate purchases are excluded in point totals

-Points do not "carry over", meaning if you have 850 points and wish to redeem them for $50.00 in store credit, you lose the value on the remaining 50 points

-Points do not have cash value, and store credit may not be "cashed out" if not used. Store credit is valid for one year from issue.

-Program may be canceled or changed at any time
