Shipping charges for US orders under $50.00=$2.50
Orders will ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. We ship using only first class or priority mail (Virginia orders may ship parcel post) to ensure a fast delivery, but please allow 2-3 business days for shipping to take place :)
International Shipping:
All orders shipping outside of the US will be shipped using Global Express Mail. Your order will automatically be insured and include a tracking number, and will arrive within 7 days. You will be asked to pay the exact fee for this service, you can obtain a quote by e-mailing me at Abbyslane@aol.com

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
-Please e-mail me at AbbysLane@aol.com prior to sending an item back for an exchange/refund
-Any item may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase, if it has not been washed or worn. The refund will be given in the form of payment in which it was received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return/exchange item, if an item is returned for a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
-If an item has been washed or worn, a return cannot be guaranteed. I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction with the item, but it will be on a case-by-case basis. Unless the item is a "lemon", return or exchange cannot be guaranteed on a washed/worn item.
-If the returned/exchanged item is received and a replacement item shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs applicable to the new package
-"Free Inserts" included with diaper packages or individual diapers must be returned unwashed and unused with the diapers for a full refund of the product price. If diapers are returned without inserts, the retail cost of the inserts will be deducted from the refund or store credit~
-If for any reason a package is returned to me, either for failure to sign for an insured package, or incorrect address information that has been provided to me, the customer will be responsible for reordering and re-shipment fees. If I mislabel the package, I will reship at no extra cost, but if the address provided is incorrect, it will be the customer's responsiblity to pay for new items and re-shipment.
SHIPPING:
-Free shipping is offered on US orders over $50.00.
-I will use various shipping methods for the free shipping. It may be parcel, priority mail or first-class, whichever is the least expensive.
- Contact me at AbbysLane@aol.com to get an international shipping quote. Please do not request your customs forms to be labeled as a "gift", this is illegal, and we will not honor the request.
-International orders are subject to local tarrifs/taxes/import fees and any customs fees. I cannot estimate these costs, they vary by region, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their customs office to get an estimate per order. If an international order is returned to us due to failure to accept these fees, the order will be refunded minus all shipping costs.
